I wish there was closed captioning available, and that this video could be rewound instead of having to fully restart the video and wait until you get to the timestamp you wanted to hear again. Aside from that, this was very informative and the mini quizzes inside were lovely! Enjoying this course.
Hi Kat, Thanks for your comment and feedback – they’re helpful! Closed captioning will be a definite add, and it’s totally possible – just the time it takes to manually add them in for each video. While we can “allow” rewinding of the videos, the goal is to view the material of the entire section preceding the question (i.e. not just the answer to the question) and it should usually be no more than 5-10 minutes prior to each question.
The best guess I would have for the part in that pedestrian video that you were confused about what the guy was doing, would be that he was doing an insurance scam. They where all the rage a while ago, to the point that I can’t remember what country had to get dash cams to have proof that the drive didn’t do any thing. The reason I think this is the case is that as most of the time for those, the car was stopped and the scammer would jump at the car, stand right in front of it so to get hit, lie down in front of the car or do something very similar. Then they would probably either go after your insurance for being hit, or try to sue for injuries and try to get the money that way. This could not be what happened at that part but it is my best guess.

Interesting insights, Matt – it could very well be the truth!
